Deborah Rafalin is an experienced clinical supervisor and has worked with qualified psychotherapists, counsellors and psychologists and with practitioners in training. She has supervised practitioners working in both Adult and Child Services, in primary and secondary care within the NHS, in the voluntary sector and in private practice.

Deborah primarily supervises clinical work from a psychodynamic perspective. She focuses on therapeutic process, unconscious communication, the therapeutic relationship and on developing the therapists' reflexivity and internal supervisor.
